About Us

Karen is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree, and is a member of the National Association of Social Workers. She has more than a dozen years of experience working together with individuals, families, and groups on life’s journey.

“My counseling style is warm, non-judgmental, and interactive. Everyone deserves to be treated with empathy, compassion, and respect. My counseling approach combines cognitive-behavioral, client-centered, acceptance and commitment, mindfulness, narrative and solution focused therapy. I like to focus on identifying and maximizing your strengths and helping you to use them to overcome obstacles.” 

Doreen is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree. She has more than 25 years of experience working together with individuals, families, and groups on life’s journey. 

“I am sincere and easy-going, working with each client to identify his or her personal wishes for changes they want to make or to see happen in their life. I allow the person who I am working with to choose the tone of the session. I am gifted with getting people to relax and feel comfortable sharing their time with me. I utilize Person Centered Therapy to determine where to start. I use a strengths-based approach and Cognitive Behavioral techniques.”
